US Clinical Fellowship
Please refer to the SFMatch website to register for the match and read about the new process for applying to fellowships beginning July 2010. Once registered you can view our program listing on the SFMatch directory website for all required documents.
Please send the following supplemental items via email:
1. A wallet sized photo of yourself
2. A copy of your most current CV
3. A copy of your OKAP scores (a photo copy is acceptable)
